Join us for the Western PELRAS Fall Workshop on November 4th. This workshop, carefully curated by the Partners at Campbell Durrant, is titled Psychiatric Issues in the Workplace: Preventing Employee Violence, Determining Fitness for Duty and Handling Disability Claims.
All employers fear acts of violence in the workplace and often hesitate in addressing employee mental health concerns due to worries about HIPAA, the ADA and other laws. This presentation will provide essential strategies to identify, address and prevent employee violence, including the management of employee mental health issues.
