New member group pricing makes it more affordable to attend together. Every regular registrant receives the per-person rate associated with their municipality’s qualifying group size: 1, 2, 3–4, or 5+ attendees.
Register by February 5, 2027, to receive regular registration rates and take advantage of member group discounts. Fixed late member rates begin February 6, regardless of group size.

Hotel Accommodations
After submitting your conference registration, you will receive an email with a link to reserve accommodations at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. The hotel group block closes February 5, 2027.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Stevie Cona at scona@pml.org.
- Cancellations received on or before February 16, 2027: Registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received February 17, 2027, or later: No refund will be issued.
