Golf Outing: The golf outing is scheduled for Monday, May 19 at the Four Seasons Golf Club in Landisville. Play starts at 11:00 am and concludes by 4:00 pm. To register for the golf outing ($175), please make sure that you choose the outing under the session tab.
Experience Lititz: The Coolest Small Town Tour: take your time exploring the local shops, dining spots, and historical sites, all at your own pace. The bus will depart from the Lancaster Marriott at 11:00 am and return at 3:00 pm. The tour is $40 per person (attendees and guests only - exhibitors and sponsors are not able to attend the tour due to availability and transportation). Tour registration information can be found on the sessions tab. Registration is required to participate in the tour.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made in writing to Marcia Cavanagh at mcavanagh@pml.org on or before May 5, 2025. All cancellations processed on or before May 5, 2025 will receive a refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after May 5, 2025 will not be eligible for a refund. Reservations may also be made by calling: 717-239-1600, option 1. The room rate is $179 + taxes and parking is $15 per day, In/Out privileges included when charged to your hotel room. Reservations are available at the group rate until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 or until the room block has been sold-out.
APMM Annual Conference - Exhibitor and Sponsorship Information:
Sponsorship opportunities are offered at various levels, providing a chance to engage with the entire APMM membership and enhance your company's visibility. Exhibit hall space is limited to approximately 40 booths and tends to sell out quickly. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the opening reception on Monday, May 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and showcase their products and services on Tuesday, May 20, between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
