Join us in our new location for the 43rd Annual PELRAS Conference from February 26 to February 28th, 2025, at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center - 325 University Drive, Hershey, PA 17033!
If you are a LEAGUE/PELRAS MEMBER and registering multiple attendees, to receive the benefit of one discounted registration rate, please register the first attendee separately to ensure your first registration is at the discounted price. Once the first attendee is registered, you can then register using the open-ended group option.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations must be made in writing to Marcia Cavanagh at mcavanagh@pml.org by February 12, 2025. Refunds will be processed less a $50 administrative fee for cancellations made on or before February 12, 2025. Cancellations will not be accepted and refunds will not be processed after February 12, 2025. Once you have submitted your registration for the conference, you can make your overnight accommodation at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. *UPDATE: The HERSHEY LODGE AND CONVENTION CENTER HAS A LIMITED NUMBER OF ROOMS AVAILABLE. The group block closed on January 13, 2025.

Hilton Garden Inn Hershey for overflow rooms. The cut-off date is Sunday, February 9. If you are unable to make a reservation at
The Lodge, please contact the Hilton Garden Inn in Hershey. The room rate is $105 plus 11% tax (1-2 adults, $10 each for additional adults). The deadline for cancellations at the Hilton Garden Inn is 72-hours prior to arrival date.
